Principal Environmental and Planning Specialist

Ricardo is a highly experienced and qualified Environmental and Planning specialist with approximately 30 years of experience in the delivery of infrastructure projects across NSW. He has a broad range of experience across the private and public sectors having held positions at two large international consultancies; multinational real state group, Lendlease; as well as at NSW Government agencies such as the Department of Planning and Environment (DPE), and the Port Authority of NSW.

Ricardo is highly focused on project delivery and skilled at obtaining planning approvals and ensuring compliance with conditions of approval, environmental standards and impact targets. Ricardo is a certified Environmental Management Lead Auditor and a Registered Environmental Assessment Practitioner (REAP).
