Carla is an experienced project manager and scientist with 15 years of experience in natural resource management in government, private and non-profit sectors. She supports decision-makers and their stakeholders to solve practical problems through strategic and operational advice, facilitation and community engagement, grant support, and research and analysis.
Her particular interest is in the future of coastal and marine environments, with a particular focus on community adaptation and transformation. She has led the design and implementation of a range of monitoring, evaluation and learning, and funding programs related to threatened species, forests, soils, coastal catchments and disaster relief.
