After successfully leading the design and delivery of grants across NSW, worth more than $600 million, WolfPeak was engaged in strategic grant support roles for the design, development, and delivery of the $5 billion WestInvest Fund in 2022.
- THE PURPOSE
Our staff were nominated as Senior Grants Coordinator and Grants Advisor to examine policy context, develop validation to support funding delivery, design internal and stakeholder communications, and manage cross-jurisdictional engagement.
Having both designed NSW Government grants and written business cases to obtain grant funding for community organisations, WolfPeak thoroughly understands the need for a robust grant suitable for administration and a realistic grant appropriate for applicants.
It is through our experience on both sides of the process that high-quality grant program design and management documentation and all administrative tasks could be delivered in a concentrated timeframe.
