Warialda Fire Trail upgrades and Asset Protection Zone establishment
Crown Lands are in the process delivering a site-specific fire trail network that is compliant with the FAFT Plan adopted under the NSW Rural Fires Act 1997 (RF Act), and the relevant NSW Fire Trail Standards. Soil Conservation Service are helping them achieve this.

- GOALS
WolfPeak was engaged by Soil Conservation Service to undertake the environmental assessments necessary to complete the upgrade of the fire trail network surrounding the township of Warialda while optimising the necessary turnaround and passing bays to avoid and minimise environmental impacts. The creation of an Asset Protection Zone (APZ) around the township was also assessed.
