Local Land Services Strategy
WolfPeak led the development and design of a “plan on a page” strategy for the State LLS 10-year strategic plan.
We facilitated and led working sessions with the Senior Executive Team and the LLS Board to develop a plan that met their requirements and expectations.
- THE PROCESS
WolfPeak staff developed framework documentation to underpin the “plan on a page” so that LLS customers, staff, and stakeholders can navigate the information they want from the ‘plan on a page’.
WolfPeak was engaged by a further four regional LSS’s to develop their regional five-year “plan on a page.” We worked with senior executive teams and Boards to develop their plans and associated strategic documents. Additionally, Local LLS’s contracted us to undertake an evidence review of strategic planning inputs.
