The Australian Rail Track Corporation (ARTC) is delivering the 1700km Inland Rail Program, the largest freight rail infrastructure investment in Australia. The Program comprises 13 separate projects and, once completed, will allow double-stacked rail transport between Melbourne to Brisbane.

The Program comprises 13 separate projects and, once completed, will allow double stacked rail transport between Melbourne to Brisbane. The Parkes to Narromine project comprised upgrading the track, track formation and culverts along 98.4km of the existing alignment, construction of three new crossing loops and establishment of 5.3km of new rail near Parkes. The Parkes to Narromine project comprises upgrading the track, track formation and culverts along 98.4km of the existing alignment, construction of three new crossing loops and establishment of 5.3km of new rail near Parkes. The Narrabri to North Star Project comprises upgrade to approximately 186km of track and construction of approximately 2.3km of a new track across the Gwydir, Narrabri and Moree Plains Local Government Areas.
WolfPeak was appointed as the Environmental Representative to provide guidance and specialist advice to the client, and communicate with Department, on environmental risks and compliance matters, and to make recommendations to mitigate or avoid such risks.
