With over seven years of experience across a range of sectors including building, construction, and mining, Jess brings a diverse skillset and track record of building and maintaining positive relationships with project teams, management, and clients to deliver environmental and sustainability goals.

Having a variety of both site-based and management-based experience has allowed Jess to refine her technical and non-technical skills and develop an intimate understanding of the challenges that a project may face, particularly with regards to environmental and sustainability initiatives.

Her collaborative nature allows her to effectively liaise with each Project Manager and the wider project team to ensure environmental processes and best practices are being undertaken on site, ensuring that projects are exceeding all required objectives and targets.
