David Stubbs

North Regional Manager

David is a skilled environmental project manager with around 10 years’ experience in environmental management on major civil infrastructure projects and in the natural resources, transport, infrastructure and forestry industries. He has experience in the development and implementation of construction environmental management plans, preparation of REFs, greenhouse gas and resource efficiency reporting protocols, erosion and sediment control plans, ensuring compliance with project approval conditions, along with managing environmental monitoring including noise, dust, vibration and water quality monitoring.

David has further experience in managing projects for local Councils. He has proven ability in building effective relationships at all levels, from the labourers, contractors and superintendents, through to regulators and community stakeholders. Additionally, he has experience with the development of environmental training programs, tool-box talks and inductions for subcontractors, along with incident and complaint investigation and reporting.
