Practice Lead
Gavin is a multi-skilled terrestrial ecologist with over 20 years’ experience coordinating and managing ecological and land restoration projects. He has extensive practical experience in applying nature conservation principles and policies to achieve on-ground results, in a range of industries and settings.

Will Steggall
Principal Ecologist
Will has worked as an ecologist since 2007, acquiring a multitude of skills for complex ecological impact assessments and environmental field surveys including targeted and generic flora and fauna surveys. He also has comprehensive knowledge of the NSW Biodiversity Offset Scheme.

Leonie Stevenson
Senior Ecologist
Leonie has over ten years’ experience conducting comprehensive fauna surveys, ecological monitoring assessments and habitat assessments. She has comprehensive knowledge of State and Federal Legislation giving her the skills to prepare a range of reports and assessments.

Iris Bleach
Ecologist
Iris is an ecologist with 8 years’ experience in a variety of fields, including conservation ecology, research and consulting. She has worked Australia-wide, with extensive experience in organising and leading teams in conducting a range of surveys, including biodiversity surveys, radio-tracking and camera trap surveys.

Lucy Ascanio
Graducate Ecologist
Lucy joined WolfPeak in 2022 as a Graduate Ecologist, gaining valuable experience in ecological fieldwork and reporting. She conducts flora and fauna surveys, develops vegetation management plans, assists with pre-clearing surveying, and monitors vegetation clearing across various sites, including construction and private developments.

Bill Szaraz
Ecologist
Bill is a practical and passionate professional specialising in Botany, Ecology, Land Management and Natural Resource Management. He has notable experience in flora/vegetation survey and assessment, carbon sequestration survey, threatened species management and reintroduction, habitat management, ecological restoration, and pest plant and animal control.

Eloise Marriott
GIS Specialist
Eloise has been studying Remote Sensing & GIS for the environment and working freelance in the GIS space since 2020. Her work involves mapping, figure making, and data collection & management across all the WolfPeak teams.
